Q: So... How does this all work?

A: You can have your beer and merch shipped to your house! We have local delivery in Vancouver with www.beervan.ca. Read below for more details.

 

Q: How does shipping work?

A: We ship with Canada Post. The shipping rates are based on the weight of the the package and the distance traveled, which will be calculated when you are ready to check out.

 

Q: How much does it weigh?

A: Beer unfortunately is very heavy. One of our 473mL cans weighs about 0.5kg, and a 4-pack weighs about 2.1kg. We recommend ordering several 4-packs at once to help economize your shipping costs.

Merch weights vary.

 

Q: How long will it take to arrive? 

A: Once we receive your order, we will pop it in the mail on Thursdays and Saturdays. Then Canada Post estimates between Canada Post 2 - 8 business days for delivery in BC. 

 

Q: Do you have local delivery for Vancouver?

A: We are a part of an amazing local delivery co-operative called BEERVAN! They do local Vancouver deliveries everyday, with free shipping on orders over $40 (otherwise it's only $5)! They also have awesome food from our sister company The Magnet and lots of other tasty beers from local breweries. So put your order in before 4pm to get it delivered the same day to your home in Vancouver! Order from them at www.beervan.ca

 

Q: What about delivery to Burnaby, North Van, Richmond?

A: BeerVan delivers to Burnaby, North Van, Richmond and parts of West Van only on Thursdays. Put in your order before 4pm on Thursday to have BeerVan deliver to your home in Burnaby, North Van or Richmond.

If you BeerVan is not for you, we can also send local orders via Canada Post for variable shipping costs.

 

Q: Can you ship all over British Columbia?

A: Definitely!

 

Q: How about Canada?

A: Absolutely! 

 

Q: How about to the US?

A: Unfortunately we are unable to ship beer, but we can happily ship merch! Send us a message at info@brassneck.ca for US shipping.
